I managed to source from another company.

Easy enough to set the account up and place the order along with the offered discount but very disappointing emailed 5 days later saying they are unable to meet my order request. The order was for a birthday present!!! Still waiting on my refund too. Sadly won’t be using them again.

Due to a fulfilment and dispatch issue, it is with regret that we have been unable to fulfil any orders that were due to be delivered between Saturday 6th May onwards.
So why process order and wait 2 more days to cancel it !
Waste of time and effort , avoid at all costs !
I ordered a case of wine on the 5th…
I ordered a case of wine on the 5th May. To date, as of 11th May, I have received no confirmation that the wine has been despatched. The help line is an automatic answering reply, i have called twice and received no reply. I've sent an email to the support address, also no reply. Shocking service.

First class. Found a special bottle that I’d seen elsewhere, tried to obtain, out of stock in two places, but stumbled on to it at Spirit.ed, and realised I’d used them before under a different name! It was slightly cheaper here too, the delivery was prompt and to add to it, all packaging was cardboard and paper based tape for ease of recycling, unlike some who still, annoyingly, use plastic wrapping and tape! Environment!! So, very impressed and will certainly return now I’ve ‘found’ them again....

No card
The bottle arrived just fine. My friend has not opened it yet so I don’t know how good is the champagne. I guess it must be really good due to the fact that is from a good brand. The real issue is that you said that there was gonna be a card with it and I personalized a text to go on it. That never arrived. Ok it was free. But I would have preferred to pay and for there to be a card then to have no card(explaining from who was the gift like in this case) and not having to pay.
For everything else the service was ok.

Easy to navigate the website and order three bottles of gin for my brother's birthdayl Had the present delivered to his address. It arrived quickly and I was updated about delivery times . all in all a very good experience! And he loves his gin!

Ordered? in early evening and my Portofino Gin? arrived well packed in a cardboard? case & box the next morning⛴? ??♂️ to the Isle of Wight.

Very happy with our experience...
We've had a great experience with orders from Spirit.ed - competitively priced, have an excellent range of products, and swift delivery. Items were very well packaged too, with recyclable materials. There are also often 'limited edition' sets, which contain extras such as glasses, ice cube moulds, etc... which can make items purchased as gifts feel that little bit more special. We've also benefitted from special offers such as free bottles of spirits if you spend over a certain amount. Very happy overall!

Excellent company!
Excellent company! I use this company often (was called 31Dover) for any spirits, mixers, glasses and accessories! Amazing choice, very good advice, informative descriptions of spirits and quick delivery. It’s great fun choosing speciality and everyday gins for my husband, friends and presents and you get some amazing deals, way more to chose from than just gins, amazing offers and gift options. I can’t recommend them enough ... order and enjoy!

The website can be difficult to navigate with an OK and proceed button on the same page and in different places. Customer service unable to solve this, I figured it out before tech support got involved
In addition, the delivery company should have text me with a 1 hour window for delivery. Instead, no text messages at all and the alcohol left on the front door with a blank card from the delivery company.
That said, I was happy with the product and a great price.

Efficient and reliable
Tried to place an order on the website but was unable to complete payment as my billing address is in France. But for this, I would have given five stars.
However, the sales person was friendly, efficient and helpful and the gift arrived on time, nicely packaged and in good condition. Will recommend (but only to friends in the UK - sort out yr website for non-UK customers guys!)

Great product I ordered this for my husband, and this is his second bottle. Great gin, amazing bottle. Delivery was a little slow but arrived well packaged and intact . I will use this company again and will definitely be ordering more Portofino gin.
